Urban Eco Homes can be appointed as Main Contractor, taking responsibility for the construction and day-to-day delivery of your project from commencement through to completion.
We work alongside homeowners, architects, designers, structural engineers and other consultants to turn a completed design into a finished home.
Our role goes far beyond simply providing the trades.
We take responsibility for planning, programming, coordinating and managing the construction process, bringing together subcontractors, suppliers, specialist packages and the wider professional team to keep the project moving.

Construction Programme
Developing and actively managing a detailed programme from commencement through to handover.
Site Management
Day-to-day control of the project, workmanship, sequencing, site logistics and health & safety.
Subcontractor Coordination
Managing and coordinating the numerous trades and specialist contractors required to deliver the project.
Procurement
Planning and coordinating materials, specialist packages and long-lead items around the construction programme.
Design Coordination
Working closely with the client's architect, engineers and consultants to identify and resolve information requirements before they affect progress on site.
Cost & Change Control
Clear management of the contract sum, variations and changes throughout construction.
Quality Control
Regular inspection and management of workmanship throughout the build rather than waiting until completion to identify defects.
Communication & Reporting
Clear communication throughout the project, supported by Fonn to provide visibility of drawings, photographs, information, decisions and progress.
Testing, Completion & Handover
Coordinating inspections, commissioning, certification, snagging and final handover.
