As Main Con­trac­tor, we were respon­si­ble for the demo­li­tion of an existing farmhouse and the con­struc­tion of a new tra­di­tion­ally built brick-and-block five-bedroom family home. From the initial site clear­ance through to the final handover, we managed every stage of the con­struc­tion process, coor­di­nat­ing all trades and ensuring the project was delivered safely, on programme and to a con­sis­tently high standard.

Working closely with the client, architect and design team, we trans­formed the site into a modern family home that combines the durability of tra­di­tional con­struc­tion with the benefits of con­tem­po­rary building techniques. Through­out the project, careful attention was given to quality work­man­ship, detailing and compliance with current Building Reg­u­la­tions, resulting in a home that is both practical and built to last.

The property was finished to a high spec­i­fi­ca­tion, featuring spacious living areas and quality finishes through­out. A strong emphasis was placed on sus­tain­abil­ity and effi­ciency, with the instal­la­tion of solar PV panels, an air source heat pump (ASHP) and a mechan­i­cal ven­ti­la­tion with heat recovery (MVHR) system. These tech­nolo­gies work together to reduce energy con­sump­tion, lower running costs and provide a com­fort­able internal envi­ron­ment all year round.

The completed devel­op­ment is a high-quality, low-energy family home that reflects the client’s vision while incor­po­rat­ing modern building tech­nolo­gies and tra­di­tional crafts­man­ship.
