This project involved the substantial extension and trans­for­ma­tion of an existing three-bedroom detached house into a spacious six-bedroom family home, adding nearly 2,000 square feet of additional accom­mo­da­tion.

As Main Con­trac­tor, we managed the project from the con­struc­tion phase through to com­ple­tion, coor­di­nat­ing all trades and working closely with the client and design team to bring the new vision to life. The challenge was not only the scale of the extension, but also creating a home that felt com­pletely different from the original property while ensuring the new and existing structures worked together seamlessly.

The devel­op­ment sig­nif­i­cantly changed the character, layout and func­tion­al­ity of the original dwelling, introducing larger, more con­tem­po­rary living spaces and a much-improved family layout. Careful con­sid­er­a­tion was given to the design, materials and finishes to create a modern home that stood apart from the existing property while maintaining a cohesive connection between the old and new elements.
