This project involved the demo­li­tion of an old, partially derelict bungalow and its replace­ment with a new tra­di­tion­ally con­structed brick-and-block bungalow, designed to provide the client with a modern, high-quality home that met their require­ments while making the best use of the existing site.

We were appointed as Principal Con­trac­tor for the con­struc­tion phase, taking the approved design prepared by the client and architect through to successful com­ple­tion. Our role included managing the project from the initial site setup and demo­li­tion works through to the final handover, ensuring the build was completed safely, effi­ciently and to a con­sis­tently high standard.

Through­out the project, we coor­di­nated all trades, managed the con­struc­tion programme and maintained close com­mu­ni­ca­tion with the client, architect and Building Control to ensure the works progressed smoothly. Particular attention was given to quality work­man­ship, compliance with current Building Reg­u­la­tions and delivering the project within the agreed programme.

The completed bungalow is a well-built, energy-efficient home finished to a high standard, combining tra­di­tional con­struc­tion methods with modern building techniques. The project demon­strates our commitment to quality, attention to detail and our ability to deliver bespoke res­i­den­tial devel­op­ments from demo­li­tion through to com­ple­tion.
