As Main Con­trac­tor, we were appointed to manage the complete demo­li­tion of an existing property and deliver a new five-bedroom family home from the ground up. Taking respon­si­bil­ity for the project from the initial site clear­ance through to final com­ple­tion, we coor­di­nated all aspects of the build, ensuring the design was delivered to a high standard while maintaining a strict con­struc­tion programme.

The project was delivered to a challenging and tightly scheduled deadline, requiring careful planning, efficient coordination of trades and close management of the con­struc­tion process. Through effective programme control and attention to detail, we suc­cess­fully completed the build within the required timeframe while maintaining the quality of work­man­ship expected.

Designed with modern living and energy effi­ciency in mind, the new home incor­po­rates sustainable tech­nolo­gies including an air source heat pump (ASHP) and solar PV system. These features sig­nif­i­cantly improve the property’s energy per­for­mance, helping to reduce running costs and provide a com­fort­able, efficient home for the future.

Con­structed using tra­di­tional methods and finished to a high spec­i­fi­ca­tion, the completed five-bedroom residence combines quality crafts­man­ship with modern building tech­nol­ogy. The project demon­strates our ability to deliver complete new-build devel­op­ments, managing complex programmes while achieving exceptional standards from demo­li­tion through to handover.
