Located on the prestigious Queens Acre Estate in Windsor, this project involved the extensive refurbishment and enlargement of an existing family home. The works focused on transforming both the ground and first floors, introducing significant additional space and creating a more contemporary layout suited to modern family living.

Appointed as Main Contractor, we were responsible for overseeing the construction process, coordinating specialist trades and ensuring the project was delivered to the exacting standards expected of a high-end residential property. The works required careful management to blend the new elements with the existing house, while enhancing the overall design, functionality and finish of the home.

The transformation included substantial front, side and rear extensions, internal remodelling and a full upgrade of key areas throughout the property. Particular attention was given to craftsmanship, material selection and the finer details that define a premium residential finish.

The completed residence offers a sophisticated and spacious family home, combining elegant design with practical living spaces. This project highlights our experience in delivering bespoke renovations and extensions where quality, precision and attention to detail are essential.
